The Company
Logic Fire and Security began as Logic Alarms in the summer of 1996, and now boasts to be one of the largest privately owned fire and security companies, based in the Highlands.
The Directors are Ian and Hazel MacKenzie. Ian began his electrical training with Highland Fabricators as a maintenance electrician, working on heavy plant. His 10 year employment terminated during the infamous ‘orange juice’ strike, a blessing in disguise because his career began then in the alarm industry with Thorn EMI in 1983. In 1994, Ian joined Chubb as a system sales engineer. Working with these companies provided Ian with the knowledge and experience which today have been the bedrock of Logic.
Hazel has been involved in the business world, both public and private sector, and has a sound understanding of business practices.
Logic has been operating now for some 14 years and whilst there have been many challenges and much hard work, our original vision, to be one of the biggest private alarm companies in the north, has been achieved. The Directors recognize that achieving their goals has been possible only with the support of our excellent team. The company continues to monitor new product innovations and to provide the best customer service possible and quality employment to our staff.
