Logic Fire & Security regards the management of health and safety as an integral part of its operations and as a management priority. Our policy states that all activities and works undertaken will be done so in a safe manner and we will ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and others who may be affected by our activities.

Logic management and staff believe this is fundamental to developing the professional culture of the Company, and establishing and maintaining a solid reputation with all of our customers.

The objectives laid out in the policy are critical to our business and the Company Directors are responsible for ensuring the requirements of this policy are met. The Director’s are supported by a General Manager who has day to day responsibility for Health & Safety and a Health & Safety Co-ordinator who manages policies and keeps up to date with legislative changes.

Logic are members of The Highland Construction Safety Forum, regularly attending meetings which has steadfast HSE representation, advising companies on best practice. The Forum encourages sharing of ideas and group discussion covering a wide variation of topics.

Management, staff and operatives have responsibility for implementing the specific arrangements made under this policy throughout the Company. Logic expects all employees to be proactive on health and safety matters as part of the continued development of the health and safety culture of the organisation.
All employees, contractors and sub-contractors are required to cooperate with the company and their colleagues in implementing the policy and shall ensure that their own work is without risks to themselves and others as far as is reasonably practicable.
